Case study

Building Mesaynish Wodajo a Dallas brand that sounds like a guide, not an agent

Mesaynish came to Clozma with a licence, a phone number, and a story. No logo, no colors, no website, nothing that told a Dallas family who she was before they met her. We designed the whole identity around that story: the palette, the type, the words, and a structure that treats a first-time buyer and a nervous seller as different people with different questions.

The challenge & the build

A licence, a phone number, and a story

Mesaynish had no logo, no colors, and no website. Nothing existed to tell a Dallas family who she was before they met her.

So Clozma designed the identity first and the pages second, building everything outward from the story she already told best.

Sections of Mesaynish Wodajo's website, designed by Clozma

An identity from nothing

No logo, no palette, no type system. We built the mark and the rules before a single page was designed.

A voice, not a bio

Her story of starting over carries the About page, written the way she speaks to a nervous first-time buyer.

Written for two languages

English and Amharic sit together as a signal of who she serves, not as a translation afterthought.

A guide, not a listing feed

Most agent sites open with an MLS search box. Hers opens with where your next chapter starts.

The brand kit

The deliverable behind every screen

A logotype boxed in a gold rule, three colors, and one typeface cut into three weights. That is the whole kit, and it is deliberately small: a short list of rules is one a brand can actually keep.

It is hers to keep too. The kit ships with the site, so anything she prints or posts stays recognisably the same brand.

The pages

Every page named the way she would say it

No Buy, Sell, About. Each page carries a line of her own writing, so the navigation itself does some of the persuading before anyone clicks.

Pages from Mesaynish Wodajo's website, designed and built by Clozma

The door to your next chapter

The buying page, named for what it means rather than what it does.

Close this chapter proudly

Selling framed as an ending worth doing well, not a transaction.

A guide. A builder of futures.

Her story, told as the reason to trust her with yours.

Everything you're wondering

The honest questions page, answered plainly and without a pitch.

In their words

The proof we designed around

Her clients already described her the same way. The site simply had to stop getting in the way of it.

She did not just find us a house. She helped us believe we could own one, and then walked us through every single step until the keys were in our hands.

As a single mom buying alone, I was terrified of being taken advantage of. Mesaynish explained everything twice, never rushed me, and celebrated with me at closing.

Starting over at fifty was not the plan. Mesaynish treated my fresh start with dignity and found me a home I love more than the one I left.

"She knows what beginning again takes, because she has done it, and built a life, a career, and a calling out of it."

She looks established

A consistent system does what years of tenure usually do. New agent, settled brand.

WHERE DOES YOUR NEXT CHAPTER START?

She sounds like herself

Nothing on the site is filler. Every line is hers, so the first call is never a reset.

It stays coherent

New pages inherit the same rules, so the site cannot drift back into looking generic.

For years I had the work and none of the proof. Clozma built something that finally feels like me. Now people meet me before they ever pick up the phone.
